Shipping Policy

The short version: Orders ship within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Free US standard shipping over $50. Tracking link arrives by email the moment your label is generated. Lost or damaged — we replace or refund.

Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a live tracking link the moment your label is generated.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most European Union countries. International rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Estimated delivery is 7 – 14 business days. The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied at the destination country.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection ($2.99) at checkout. This covers your package against loss in transit, theft, and damage on arrival. If your package qualifies under Shipping Protection, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund — fast, no questions asked.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a live tracking link. You can also track your order at any moment via our tracking dashboard at /apps/parcelpanel. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, contact hello@officialrevivecare.store.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the original shipping confirmation. We will replace the order at no cost or issue a full refund. A photo of the damaged item or packaging is helpful but not always required.

Address Changes

We can update your shipping address only before the order has been picked up by the carrier. Email hello@officialrevivecare.store immediately with your order number if you need to make a change. Once the package is in transit, we cannot redirect it.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please wait 48 hours (carriers occasionally scan a package as delivered before the final hand-off) and check with neighbors, building managers, or your local post office. If still missing, contact us and we will help you file a carrier claim. Orders with Shipping Protection are covered automatically.

Subscription & Recurring Shipments

Subscription orders ship on the same cadence you selected (typically every 30, 60, or 90 days). You can pause, skip, or cancel future shipments at any time by emailing hello@officialrevivecare.store at least 24 hours before the next scheduled charge.
