Revive Nerve Relief Lotion comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee starting from the day your order is delivered. If during this period you are not satisfied for any reason — including that the product simply did not work for you — we will refund the full purchase price.
This guarantee is our risk, not yours. We built the formula because we needed it ourselves, and we don't want your money unless it actually works for you.
Our current refund rate is 0.3% — three customers per thousand — and two of those were because a dog chewed through the tube.
How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@officialrevivecare.store within 90 days of delivery.
- Include the order number from your confirmation email.
- Write any short message — even "it didn't work" is enough.
You do not need to return the product. You do not need to fill out a form. You do not need to justify your reason. We trust you.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of your email. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear in your account within 5 – 10 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. A photo of the issue is helpful but not always required. Orders covered by Shipping Protection are handled automatically.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank — credit card refunds can take additional time to post. If still missing, contact hello@officialrevivecare.store and we will investigate immediately.
Exchanges
We do not currently process exchanges. If you ordered the wrong bundle size, please request a refund and place a new order.
Subscription Orders
If you signed up for a recurring subscription, you can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing customer care. Refunds for the most recent subscription shipment are honored under the same 90-day terms. Future shipments are paused immediately upon cancellation.
Promotional or Bundle Discounts
The 90-day guarantee applies to the actual amount you paid — including bundle discounts, promotional codes, and free shipping. If your order included a free gift, you may keep it.
